Serving Size – 1 Tsp (1g) Per Cup. Preparation – Add Lightly Boiled Water to Your Tea and Allow to Steep for 5-10 Minutes. Can Be Cold Infused, Just Double the Time of Infusion.
Infusion – Ideal Water Temperature for this Type of Tea is Between 70°C (158°F) to 80°C (176°F). You Can Use the Tea Infused Water as a Base for Your Favourite Fruit Smoothie, Overnight Oats, Protein Shake, Bliss Balls, Ice Cream, Protein Bars, No Bake Desserts etc.

Calendula Eye Compress – For Eyestrain, Brew a Strong Herbal Tea using a Tablespoon of Dried Calendula Flowers Per Cup of Boiling Water, Then Steep until Cool. -Once Cooled, Apply Using a Cool Compress Over Your Eyelids, Then Lean Back and Relax for at Least 10 Minutes.
Calendula Face Wash – Apply to the Face with a Cotton Ball or Clean Cloth, Or use as the Liquid Base of a Lotion.
