Serving Size – 1 Tsp (1g) Per Cup. Preparation – Add Boiled Water to Your Tea and Allow to Steep for 5-15 Minutes. Infusion – Ideal Water Temperature for this Type of Tea is Between 87.7°C (190°F) to 100°C (212°F). Decoction – Bring the Raw Root to a Boil and then Simmer for an Extra 5-10 Minutes.
